Worms

I don’t remember where the name of this do came from. I am guessing one of the boys named it like that when I started doing it on Z years ago! My girls love this do although it does take some time!!!

Cool looking, right?

So here we go! I started with three Thin Knots on K’s hair! You could start this any way you want.

w-1

Pull all the hair back into a ponytail.

w-2

Get a small section of the ponytail.

w-3

Twist this piece until it naturally coils toward the head. I like to do this do with wet hair.

w-4

As it coils towards the head adjust it the way you want it and clip it down. You are going to use a lot of clips!

w-5

Keep picking up small sections of hair and twist away!

w-6

Clip each piece down! You can combine pieces of hair under a clip.

w-7

Keep twisting small pieces and arranging them around the ponytail.

w-8

I added pink claw clips around the worm bun to help hold it and add a little color!

w-9

Don’t they look like worms?!?!

Love it!!

I love doing these on my girls! It always gets compliments. And when you take them out (the next day), you’ve got some fun curlies to play with!
